2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel your order.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, M-PESA, and COD.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Euromoda or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Euromoda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products, to the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi.
