Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Account → Orders
  2. Select the order and click Request Return
  3. Choose the item(s) and reason for return
  4. Schedule a pickup or drop off at our store
  5. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. Contact our Customer Care team to arrange an exchange.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order enters processing and may not be cancelled. Please contact Customer Care immediately if you need to cancel.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via M-PESA.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
  • Beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Personalised or custom items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
